I would like to dedicate this post to mental health.


There is a time when i need to hear warm words and support and I am learning how to let people know who is close by how to show it to me. By simply being emotional human being I have experience that.


Whether dealing with personal loss, mental health struggles, or the everyday stressors of life, many people feel like they have to face these battles alone.


Mental health issues not always has to be diagnosed. Just like a physical health , you can feel great some days and feel weak others. And it is ok to call and check on your friend for no reasons. And it is ok to call your friend to let them know that you are felling low.


Recently one of my client Kevin Davidson sudden lost his partner and best friend Mike Failace. This is to remind us again that we can be build strong. but have a moments when need a support and it is ok to be vulnerable.
