Interior and Real Estate Photography in New Jersey
Interior design and architectural photography are tricky when done by non-professional photographers. Being a specific kind of photography it required additional equipment and crucial knowledge. And whether you are an interior designer, architect, or a publication, it is important to choose a photographer who is sharing the same esthetic in visual style as you are ( light and bright or dark and moody)
When Scheduling the shoot, let's make sure that we have enough time to capture the best possible images to showcase your work for your portfolio and publications.
We are using natural light to make sure we are showing all details exactly in the way you choose it to be. We will use fill-in light if we have to, but be mindful that artificial light is not replacing natural light. That means that sessions should be scheduled strictly when it is light outside.
Interior Photography
project SESSION FEE STARTS from $300
and includes Up to 2 hours of photo session for up to 2 rooms.
You can choose amount of photo that you would like to purchase after the session.
Photos had to be purchased in a 180 calendar days since session date.
We would love to help you to move furniture is needed during the session. Designer and/or stylist are in charge of styling, we are here just to help.
Pricing includes the right to the photos for your company to use in your blog, website, social media and etc. If you are planning to pass this photos to the publications and contractors, please let us know and we can discuss it as well.
In the event of inclement weather preventing exterior photography, interiors will still be shot and exteriors rescheduled for the next available day.
Editing: Basic editing is included in the packages such as light and color correction. Additional Retouching starts from $39 per photo
Delivery of photos: Proofing gallery will be uploaded in 48 hours to choose finals photos from. Edited digital files will be delivered within 3 business days after payment for the photo package . Expedited service (3 days) can be purchased for a fee of $150.
Travel Fee: Depending on your location a travel fee might apply. Please ask for more information
Reshoots: Client will be charged 100 percent of the Photographer’s daily photography fee plus expenses for any additional re-shoot days
